 A lot of research goes into the decision whether to invest in a commercial real estate property. REVA does its homework, digging deep into all the data and making not just an informed decision, but the right decision.
Our analysis includes the location itself, the city and the individual neighborhood. We look at demographic trends, population statistics, income, job growth, taxes and the political climate in every market and sub market where we invest. We study the real estate, the tenants, the business climate and only select assets that are primed for superior performance. We also pay careful attention to details like parking ratios, traffic signals, ease of entry & exit, and local traffic patterns. REVA adds an additional layer with investigations of utilities, water and sewer infrastructure, power supply, cable and Internet access and numerous other factors that have a dramatic influence on tenant satisfaction. Our surveys also include personal inspections of the target property and its competitors. We meet personally with major tenants, sometimes even every tenant. As a result of all this work, we reject more than 80% of acquisition candidates. Our work doesn’t end when we acquire a property. Delivering great results requires considerable expertise, sustained effort and constant vigilance, year in and year out. REVA remains on the job for our real estate investors for many years, protecting their interests and working to sure the most favorable outcomes possible in both good markets and in challenging times.
